Summary

Audiovibes is a multilingual lead-generation website for a Florence-based radioguide and audio-rental business serving tour operators, event organisers and international visitors across Italy. The project covers design, development, a technical SEO foundation and a direct enquiry flow, in four languages.

Business context

Audiovibes rents radioguide and audio equipment to tour operators, museums, schools and event organisers in and around Florence, with demand coming from both Italian and international clients. Reaching those clients means being found in more than one language and converting search visits into direct contact, not just traffic.

The challenge

Reach a multilingual, international audience through organic search, then move that interest into a direct enquiry — by form, WhatsApp or phone — without relying on a heavy content-management system or ongoing agency support.

Objectives

  • Make the business discoverable in Italian, English, French and German.
  • Present services clearly enough to qualify enquiries before contact.
  • Reduce the distance between a search result and a direct enquiry.
  • Build a technical SEO foundation the business can build on over time.

Role & responsibilities

Full design, development and delivery — from visual direction and multilingual architecture through to the enquiry pipeline that reaches the business inbox.

  • Visual direction and full frontend design
  • Multilingual content architecture across four languages
  • Technical SEO foundation and on-page structure
  • Quote-request and enquiry flow, including WhatsApp and phone CTAs
  • Backend enquiry pipeline connecting the contact flow to email delivery

Solution overview

The site pairs a localized content structure with a direct enquiry path: visitors can request a quote, message on WhatsApp or call directly, in their own language. A serverless backend receives quote requests and delivers them to the business inbox, so no enquiry depends on a third-party form tool.

What was built

Multilingual experience

  • Full content localization in Italian, English, French and German
  • Language switching without losing page context

Lead generation

  • Quote-request flow connected to a backend email pipeline
  • Direct WhatsApp and phone call-to-actions
  • Google review presentation for trust at the point of decision

SEO foundation

  • Structured page metadata for search visibility
  • Content architecture built around service and location intent

Architecture & technology

A React Router v7 application (framework mode) with a Convex backend handling data and server actions. Quote-request submissions run through a Convex action that sends the enquiry via Resend, so form handling and email delivery are part of the same codebase rather than a bolted-on third-party service.

Frontend
  • React Router v7
  • NextUI
  • Tailwind CSS
  • framer-motion
  • Vite
  • TypeScript
Backend & data
  • Convex
Email delivery
  • Resend

Design decisions

Conversion-first structure
Every service page leads toward a quote request or a direct contact channel, rather than ending in a dead end.
Trust at the decision point
Google reviews are presented alongside the services they relate to, not isolated on a separate page.

SEO foundation

  • Structured, localized metadata across all four languages
  • Page architecture organised around service and location search intent

Technical challenges

  • Coordinating four-language content with a single application router without duplicating routes
  • Keeping the quote-request flow reliable across a Convex action and an external email provider

Current status

Implemented

  • Multilingual site in Italian, English, French and German
  • Quote-request flow with backend email delivery
  • WhatsApp and phone contact options
  • Google review presentation
  • Technical SEO foundation and page metadata
