When you submit the Contact form: your name, email address, company (if provided), service of interest, budget range and timeline (if provided), and your message.

Automatically alongside your submission: the page you arrived from, UTM parameters if present in the link you followed, your selected language, the time of submission, and a salted, one-way hash of your IP address used only to prevent spam — the raw IP address is never stored.

To read, evaluate and respond to your enquiry, and to keep a record of business communications.

Supabase — hosts the database that stores Contact form submissions and powers the private admin panel.

Resend — delivers the email notification that a new enquiry arrived.

Cloudflare Turnstile — verifies that a submission is coming from a real visitor, not an automated bot, before it reaches the database.

The private admin panel uses a Supabase Auth session cookie to keep an authenticated administrator signed in. This cookie is set only for that authenticated session — it is not used to track visitors browsing the public site.

Retention period: to be confirmed. Until a specific schedule is set, Contact form submissions are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry and for legitimate business record-keeping, and are deleted or anonymized on request.
